- Before Final Approval: If you are not satisfied with the logo design during the initial concept phase and before final approval, you may request a refund. The amount refunded will be the initial payment minus a processing fee to cover the time and resources spent on your project.
- After Final Approval: Once the final design is approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This is because the design work is custom and tailored specifically to your brand.
Cancellation Policy
